By accessing and using the TeleChars AI platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service immediately.

- "Platform" or "Service": The website, software and services provided by TeleChars AI.
- "User", "Creator" or "You": The person who creates and manages a Telecharbot.
- "Telecharbot" or "Bot": The AI character created through the Platform.
- "Generated Content": Any text or interaction produced by a Telecharbot.
3. Your Responsibility is Total
⚠️ IMPORTANT STATEMENT: TeleChars AI is a tool for creators. You are solely responsible for everything you configure your bot: its personality, knowledge and behavior.
3.1. You exercise full creative and operational control over your Bot. Consequently, YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for all Generated Content by your Telecharbot and its interactions with third parties.
3.2. The indie developer of TeleChars AI is not the author, editor or supervisor of content generated by users' bots.
4. Acceptable Content
4.1. You can create bots for entertainment, creativity and experimentation, with a wide variety of topics, in the style of other creative platforms.
4.2. You commit to NOT using the Platform to create Bots that:
- Generate illegal content.
- Encourage threats of violence, harassment or harm.
- Have the main intention of exploiting or endangering minors.
- Impersonate a real person to deceive.
- Massively infringe intellectual property rights.
4.3. Adult Content (🔞):
- You may create Bots intended for an adult audience. You must mark them with the "Adult" option.
- It is your responsibility to manage warnings and age verifications within Telegram.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. You retain all rights to the name, personality, description, images and original knowledge of your bot.
5.2. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.
6. Privacy
Sensitive data (such as tokens) is stored encrypted. You are responsible for handling data that your Bot collects from third parties in accordance with applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". As an indie project, we cannot guarantee absolute availability or assume liability for indirect damages arising from the use or content generated by the bots.
8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, where the server resides. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.
